As part of the spiritual life of our community, twice a year a Memorial is held to honour and remember those who have died in the previous six months. The most recent memorial was held on June 18. The memorial is not a religious
ceremony, rather a time of reflection, a spiritual and sacred space to allow us to grieve for our loved ones, to acknowledge our feelings and, if the time is right, to gently let go of some of them.
The Memorial is also open to any members of
the community who would like to attend, and remember those whom they love. It is a beautiful coming together, a sharing and strengthening time for all who is present.
